Mineshoten in Urayasu is serving Minoh Beer’s seasonal "Kokusan Momo Weizen" Early Ver. A recent review at the bar even noted it as the first Momo Weizen of the year, making it a clear marker of the season’s start.

According to Minoh Beer’s official information, Momo Weizen is released in four peach varieties: Early, Hakuhou, Shimizu Hakuto, and Kawanakajima Hakuto. Early is the first harvest and is described as having a restrained aroma, fresh juiciness, and a refined finish. The beer is built on a weizen base, uses peach from Hachiki Farm in Wakayama, and features 50% wheat malt. It is designed to finish dry rather than sweet.

Mineshoten is a craft beer bar where guests can also enjoy wine and sake. It uses a cash-on system, offers daily side dishes made by the owner’s mother, and allows outside food for a small fee per person. That makes it easy to stop in for one beer or settle in for a longer session.

This Early Ver. is less about bold sweetness and more about layering fresh peach character over a soft weizen body. For drinkers who want to follow the peach series from the beginning, it is a natural first pick.
