Craft Beer Invitational Held at Tokyo Midtown, Breakedge Beerworks to Participate
Hiroshima brewery Breakedge Beerworks announced that it will participate in "Craft Beer Invitational at TOKYO MIDTOWN," held at Tokyo Midtown on May 4 and 5. The free outdoor event brings together breweries and food from all over Japan.
Breakedge Beerworks (Minamimachi, Minami Ward, Hiroshima City) announced on Instagram that it will once again take part in the 2026 "Craft Beer Invitational at TOKYO MIDTOWN," saying, "This year too, edge manager, T Boy, and I are going to battle it out!!" The venue is Midtown Garden at Tokyo Midtown, and the event will run for two days, May 4 and 5, from 12:00 to 19:00.
The poster reads "Cold Beer Served All Day," making it clear that craft beer can be enjoyed from noon throughout the day on the lawn plaza. Beer is sold via tickets, while admission itself is free. Food is paid for directly at each kitchen car, making it easy to freely combine drinks and meals.
The participating breweries include Be Easy Brewing, BLACK TIDE BREWING, BREAK EDGE BEER WORKS, DevilCraft Brewery, Inkhorn Brewing, Kyoto Brewing, Libushi Bashamichi, Mugi Zakkoku Kobo, Minoh Beer, Onidensetsu, RIO BREWING & CO., Shiga Kogen Beer, Totopia Brewery, VERTERE, AQ Bevolution, and West Coast Brewing. Food vendors include Barrio, Nakaya Shoten, PhatQ, Rocco's On Wheels, THE RAMBLING STAND, and Willow Kitchen.
The post did not specify individual beer labels, but the lineup alone, with distinctive breweries from across Japan, makes the tasting experience highly appealing. At Breakedge Beerworks' booth, representing a Hiroshima brewery, visitors are likely to encounter a particularly local-feeling pint amid the event.
