The new release is Okinawa Pineapple Gose, brewed for the Otsuka Haisai Carnival that the team has been involved with since last year. According to the post, it uses Okinawan peach pineapple, Okinawan salt and coriander, and is meant to finish dry rather than sweet. For drinkers who like bright acidity and fruit-driven sour beers, it stands out immediately.

The board covers a wide range of styles: Belgian ale, pale ale, West Coast IPA, Italian pilsner, American IPA, hazy IPA and stout. That makes the lineup useful not just for one type of drinker, but for anyone who wants to compare bitterness, fruit character and malt depth across different beers.

The post also previews upcoming pop-ups, including ume-dashi chilled oden on July 4, a music-and-beer session on July 5, and a hot dog pop-up on July 11. In other words, this is a Komagome taproom where the beer list changes often, the food stays casual, and weekend visits can easily turn into a longer hangout.
