Hop BroThe first one that jumps out is STONE IPA. When you’ve got a classic, firm-bitter IPA in the mix, the whole list feels sharper.
MugiWhoa, but Scotch Ale w Chestnut? What is that, a beer brewed by a squirrel in the woods?
Hop BroIt’s basically a chestnut Scotch ale: rich, malty Scotch ale depth with a sweet, toasty chestnut note. That’s a slow-sipper for sure.
MugiOkay, then does Session IPA mean an IPA for sitting down and having a long serious talk?
Hop BroClose, but not quite. It means light and crushable. Lower alcohol, easy to keep drinking, and Katashina Brewing’s Under the Dark, Gotanda Sky adds grapefruit on top.
