IBREW Ginza Taps GOGO No. 4 "Jurikkuma GOGO!!," with a Series TTO Too
At CRAFT BEER BAR IBREW Ginza, the fourth release in the GOGO series, "Jurikkuma GOGO!!," was tapped on March 21. In addition to the special ale inspired by the idea of a "drinkable pizza" made with tomato, oregano, and basil, a series TTO featuring the existing three releases will also be held.
A notable new release has arrived at CRAFT BEER BAR IBREW Ginza (1F, Kyobashi Toei Building, 2-11-7 Yaesu, Chuo-ku, Tokyo) in Tokyo's Yaesu area.
The beer tapped this time is "Jurikkuma GOGO!!", the fourth release in the GOGO series. According to the post, it was brewed as a special ale inspired by Italy, the staff's roots, and uses tomato, oregano, and basil. The aroma design leans toward the image of a "drinkable pizza," a different approach from the previous entries in the series.
So far, the GOGO series has been:
- Rinakkuma GOGO!!
- Erikkuma GOGO!!
- Remikkuma GOGO!!
and has been developed along the West Coast IPA line. This time, it steps a bit further by incorporating herbal and vegetable nuances into the beer, creating a new direction.
Furthermore, the day also features a simultaneous tap opening as a GOGO series TTO (tap takeover), including the existing three releases. A major highlight is being able to compare the series all in one place. From dry, hoppy, classic IPA to the new release with ingredient-driven character pushed to the forefront, you can experience the wide range within the same series.
It is a shop worth considering on a day when you want to casually enjoy an experimental pint in the Ginza-Kyobashi area.
