On tap
- Papa Zaru Lager / Minoh Beer (Osaka)
A seasonal dark lager with biscuit-like malt character and a gentle sweetness of grain. The beer is lagered slowly at low temperatures, giving it a rounded, layered profile. Despite its dark color, it is described as clean and highly drinkable, making it a good fit for the current season.
- KASUMI / Shiga Kogen Beer (Nagano)
A low-ABV Session Hazy IPA that still delivers plenty of flavor. The post highlights grapefruit and hassaku citrus notes, plus a white-peach-like tropical layer. Juicy hop aroma is a key part of the experience, with the beer offering satisfaction beyond simple lightness.
KARAKURI is an at-home style pub specializing in craft beer, sake, and natural wine, with oden-centered creative dishes on the menu. It also operates a bottle shop, offering takeout of bottles and cans, as well as draft beer and container fills with growlers.
The post frames this as part of the venue’s anniversary month service, and positions these two breweries as long-standing favorites. For beer drinkers in Kanda, it is a lineup that works both as a first stop for tasting and as a pairing with food.
