Novel Craft, a craft beer pub in Setagaya’s Minami-Karasuyama district, has shared its current tap list.
The selection includes “remix,” a collaboration between Yorocco Beer and Novel Craft Brewing. Four beers from Novel Craft Brewing are also available: “Looper,” “Reloop,” “Tape Delay,” and “Dub Echo.” The guest lineup features Bellwoods’ “White Picket Fence” and Antelope’s “Sanagi No.5 - Enn.”
The pub also offers food designed to pair with beer. Today’s featured dish is a five-vegetable saag chicken curry, made with a variety of vegetables and served with a fresh, green vegetable aroma despite its appearance. A mini curry set with house-made bread is also available.
Although the owner is taking part in a beer trail in Mashiko, the pub itself is open as usual from 5 p.m. Various beer-friendly snacks are available, making Novel Craft a place to explore both its own brewing lineup and carefully selected beers from Japan and overseas.
