Craft Beer 2mugi Announces 6 Taps for a Holiday Opening

The beer pub "Craft Beer 2mugi" in Kanda-Izumicho, Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo, is open for the holiday with business hours set at 14:00–23:00. Along with that, it published the draft lineup for the day. Located in an easy-to-stop-by spot in the Akihabara area, the shop is known for its convenience, with counter seating and standing-room drinking also available.

Today's Tap Lineup

The six beers announced are as follows.

- TAP1: Submarine Forest / Sea Weed Saison by Yorocco Beer
- TAP2: Kin-oni Pale Ale (CGX Strata) by Onidensetsu
- TAP3: Boss Level / Ultra IPA by Garage Project
- TAP4: Shima Fukuro #2 / Hazy Pale Ale by Inkhorn Brewing
- TAP5: Japanese Rice Lager / Rice Lager by Kunitachi Brewery
- TAP6: Morning Coffee Stout / Stout by Baird Beer

The beer highlighted as the star of the day is Garage Project's "Boss Level". In the post, it is introduced as a beer from the brewery that won gold at the World Beer Cup 2026, making it hard for IPA fans to overlook. It also notes the newly tapped Inkhorn Brewing "Shima Fukuro #2". Described as an easy-drinking Hazy Pale Ale, it sounds like the kind of beer to slip in between heavier IPAs.

The lineup also includes a saison from Yorocco Beer, a pale ale from Onidensetsu, a rice lager from Kunitachi Brewery, and a coffee stout from Baird Beer, making it a setup where you can sample a wide range of flavors all at once. From hop intensity and yeast-driven aroma to the crispness of lager and the roasted character of stout, the fun is in choosing according to your mood.

The post also announced that a tap takeover by "Noroshi Juzo" will be held on May 5. The following day will be in a standing, cash-only style, and viewers are directed to check the pinned post for details. From midday through the evening on the holiday, it looks like a day with plenty of options depending on what you want to drink.
