Novel Craft, a craft beer pub in Minamikarasuyama, Setagaya, Tokyo, has announced its latest tap list. The selection is built around beers brewed in-house under the Novel Craft Brewing name, with guest beers from Japan and overseas adding further variety.

The highlight is “Yorocco Beer × Novel Craft Brewing / remix,” a collaboration between Yorocco Beer and Novel Craft Brewing. It offers an opportunity to experience the character of both breweries in a single pour and represents one of the most distinctive beers on the current list.

The house-brewed lineup also includes “Looper,” “Reloop,” “Tape Delay,” and “Dub Echo.” Their names evoke music and audio equipment, reflecting the taproom’s creative identity. Tasting several of them side by side should make it possible to compare their aromas, mouthfeel, and finishes while exploring the range of Novel Craft Brewing’s beers.

Guest selections include “White Picket Fence” from Bellwoods Brewery in Toronto, Canada, and “Sanagi No.5 - Enn” from Antelope. Moving from the house beers to these guest pours offers a simple way to experience the breadth of the tap list.
