"BAMBOO 4 Craft Beer & Mexican," located in Hanasakicho, Naka Ward, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, posted its May 18 (Monday) information. Business hours are 16:00 to 23:30, and on this day the shop announced a new mezcal pour along with its craft beer tap list.

The newly introduced drink for the day is 400 Conejos Tobalá. It is a mezcal blended with espadín and the rare wild Tobalá variety, and is said to feature aromas reminiscent of citrus and orange blossoms, along with herbal notes and a gentle smoky character. The shop says it can be enjoyed in a wide range of styles, from straight to on the rocks to soda highball.

The craft beer taps are arranged as seven beers, excluding one currently on hold.

- MATARIKI / Uchu Brewing
- Konparu Saison / Second Glass Beer
- Papa Zaru Lager / MINOH BEER
- HOMEY PILS / Gangi Brewing
- KONBINI IPA / Uchu Brewing
- Cynicalphobia / Totopia Brewery
- Shirayuri / The Old Grey Brewery

Looking at the lineup, there is a broad range from hop-forward IPAs to pilsners, lagers, and saisons, making it easy to compare different styles in one place. Another point not to miss for beer fans is that Uchu Brewing has two beers on tap.

On the food side, tacos are available in jerk chicken, juicy chicken, carnitas, shrimp, vegetable, and chorizo varieties. In addition, Mexican potato salad and house-made tortillas were also announced as freshly prepared for the day, making it a place where you can enjoy tacos, craft beer, and mezcal together. In Yokohama's Noge area, it is a spot well suited to a relaxed day of drinking with a meal.
