ANT'N BEE Ryudocho posts 12-tap lineup led by Black Tide's Hoya Boya
On July 8, ANT'N BEE Ryudocho in Roppongi shared a 12-tap lineup that ranges from hazy IPA and saison to cider, lager, and watermelon gose. Black Tide, Embolden, COEDO, Tsugaru, and more appear on the board.
ANT'N BEE Ryudocho, the Roppongi beer pub known for draft craft beer and cider, posted its July 8 tap list. The venue keeps the menu flexible, from small bites to more substantial dishes, so the beer board is only part of the draw.
On tap
- Black Tide / Hoya Boya (Hazy IPA)
- Embolden / Shogun Summer in Ryukyu (Fruits Ale)
- Embolden / Broken Record (IPA)
- Tsugaru / Arigatou! Saison
- OK,ADAM / Wake Me [Ap]! (Cider)
- COEDO / Shikkoku (Schwarz)
- COEDO / SHIRO (Weizen)
- Ushitora / Bohemi Pils
- Sierra Nevada / Hazy Little Thing
- Wolf of Willows / Wolfsrudel Helles
- Graft / Lost Tropic (Cider)
- KCBC / Vicious Crush (Watermelon Gose)
The lineup covers hazy and bitter, light and dark, dry and fruity. That makes it easy to build a session around what you feel like drinking: start with a cider or pilsner, move into Hoya Boya or Broken Record, then finish with Shikkoku, SHIRO, or Vicious Crush. A new mutton shank stew was also announced on the day, giving the pub another pairing option for the darker beers.
Hours listed in the post were 17:00-24:00 on weekdays, 14:00-24:00 on Saturdays, and 14:00-22:00 on Sundays and holidays. A 7th anniversary summer festival, Small Summer Festival, is scheduled for July 31 through August 2.
