NOMENDO Brew Stand announces 3rd anniversary festival for Aug. 8-9
NOMENDO Brew Stand in Koshigaya, Saitama, has announced a two-day 3rd anniversary festival on August 8 and 9. FI-KA will join on day one, followed by TRIP on day two, in an event framed as a local collaboration around craft beer and food.
NOMENDO Brew Stand, a craft beer-focused spot in Koshigaya, Saitama, has announced its "Nomendo 3rd Anniversary Festival" on Instagram. The event is set for Saturday, August 8, and Sunday, August 9. According to the brewery's official site, the venue is a craft beer specialty shop about a three-minute walk from Koshigaya Station, and it became Koshigaya City's first brewery after obtaining its brewing license in January 2024.
On the first day, FI-KA, a Swedish cafe and bar in Koshigaya, will participate from 3:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. last order. On the second day, TRIP, a restaurant and bar near Dokkyo University Station, will join from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. last order. The post positions both venues as part of the celebration, suggesting a food-and-beer lineup built around local ties.
NOMENDO Brew Stand also operates with a standing-room-oriented tap room, giving it a dual identity as both a brewery and a neighborhood drinking spot. That combination has made it a familiar name for beer drinkers in the area, and the anniversary festival looks set to extend that role by bringing together beer, food, and nearby businesses.
Further updates are expected, so anyone planning to go should keep an eye out for the next announcement and make room in their schedule for early August.
