Tap

Today's draft lineup featured seven beers. The list included Onidensetsu's "Kinki Pale Ale Dolcita Single Ver." from Noboribetsu, Hokkaido; BreakEdge's "dog" from Hiroshima; Isekadoya Beer's "Another Cut"; novoru's "Haziku"; root+branch's "The Theory and Practice of Oligarchical Collectivisim - Chapter I: Ignorance is Strength"; and Du Bas's "RIEN DE MOINS." The post described it as "Hazy overload," and while hazy beers were the main focus, there were also labels introduced as clear-bodied, giving a wide range for side-by-side tasting.

Cans and Bottles

The cans were heavily weighted toward overseas breweries, with many offerings from Mortalis, Trillium, Fidens, Messorem, ghost town, ONE DROP, root+branch, and others. Trillium's "DDH Congress Street," "Rink," and "Victinity," Messorem's "Aussi Green, Plus De Hops, Aussi Cher - XTRM Turbo" and "What Are You Afraid Of? V. 03," and Fidens's "Fear Is The Thief" and "Jasper With Pineapple" make for a lineup that is tempting just from the names alone. The bottles were three wood-barrel-aged Yamabushi beers from Shiga Kogen Beer, creating a setup that spans both domestic and international craft.

Food and Atmosphere

The food options were masala cashew nuts and 2Bro pizza. The post noted an opening time of 15:00 and business until 21:00, apparently a solo-operating day. Outside food is allowed in the shop, but guests are asked to avoid strongly scented items; dried squid is not permitted. It comes across as a natural way to enjoy a taproom in Kobe's Sannomiya area, built around appreciating the aroma of beer.
