Beer Maison resumes seat reservations for Repubrew Numazu TTO

Located in Kugenumakaigan, Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, just a three-minute walk from the south exit of Fujisawa Station, "Fujisawa Beer Shokudo Beer Maison" is a beer pub centered on craft beer and creative Western-style dishes. With six kinds of draft craft beer on tap and an open interior with both counter and table seating, its appeal is that you can relax and enjoy beer without any pretense. The food prepared by a chef with a hotel background is also expected to feature a lineup designed with beer pairings in mind.

In this Instagram post, Chef Kudo introduced "UME Kyuu Gose," the 9th-anniversary beer from Repubrew Numazu, which he recently visited. The beer combines the tartness of plum with the refreshing character of cucumber, resulting in a very drinkable mouthfeel and a light finish. According to the post, the beer had been tapped the day before and was still available for serving that day.

The post also announced that seat reservations are now open again for the Repubrew Numazu TTO scheduled for the following day. Due to Hot Pepper's system, opening reservations too broadly would also make it easier to reserve slots for all-you-can-drink packages, so reservations had temporarily been limited to request-only bookings. That restriction has now been lifted, and seat reservations have resumed. It is also noted that if you call by phone, time adjustments can be handled in finer detail, so even if your preferred time slot seems full, you are encouraged to inquire.

Special food menu items are also being prepared, with details to be announced gradually through Stories. For those who want to enjoy craft beer in Fujisawa, this is something to check alongside the day's tap lineup.
