Novel Craft, a beer pub on the second floor in Minamikarasuyama, Setagaya, posted that it would open at 5 p.m. on September 2. The bar also said it had replaced all of its beer lines, a practical update that tells beer drinkers the draught system was freshly reset for the day.

The day's `Today's Tap List` had eight beers. The guest lineup included `Antelope / Kiiro`, `Brasserie De la Senne / Crisp & Bitter`, `OXBOW / Dance Language`, `OXBOW / Space Cowboy`, and `のろし醸造 / Micro Saison`. Novel Craft Brewing filled the house side with `Red Purple`, `Dubwise`, and `Reloop`.

That mix gives the board a clear shape: Belgian-leaning sharpness, two distinctly named OXBOW pours, one beer from Noroshi Jozo, and three house beers that show Novel Craft's own identity. It is the kind of tap list that works for both a slow one-glass visit and a more serious comparison session.

For beer fans in Chitose-Karasuyama, Novel Craft remains the sort of place where a single stop can cover guest beers and house brews in one sitting.
