Beers on Tap

- Totopia Brewery × West Coast Brewing, "Gaiafilia": a 9.5% TIPA
- Shiga Kogen Beer, "Yuruburu": an easy-drinking wheat-forward beer
- Asahi Breweries, "Super Dry": a regular draft staple

In its July 30 Instagram update, Ikejima Saketen shared a status report from the shop and its current guest-beer selection. The headline beer is "Gaiafilia," a collaboration between Totopia Brewery and West Coast Brewing. The post describes it as a TIPA with a 9.5% ABV that does not feel as heavy as the number suggests, making it a fit for drinkers who want a fuller, more assertive pint.

The second beer is Shiga Kogen Beer’s "Yuruburu," which is down to the last few pours. The post calls it highly drinkable and wheat-based, so it looks like the kind of beer you reach for when you want something softer and lighter on the palate. The shop also keeps Asahi’s Super Dry on draft, giving guests a familiar option alongside the rotating craft lineup.

Ikejima Saketen stocks about 50 canned craft beers and offers two draft craft-beer taps inside the shop. Cans can be opened and enjoyed right away, growlers are welcome, and tables are available. The store combines a liquor-shop selection with kaku-uchi ease, and it often runs spontaneous events on its closed days. That relaxed, regular-customer-friendly atmosphere comes through clearly in this post.
