In an Instagram post on March 12, 2026, Sakazuki Brewing shared both that day’s tap lineup and its upcoming event information.

That day’s in-house offerings totaled 16 varieties. The selection ranged widely from lagers to dark styles, including Bohemian Pilsner "shy girl," Hazy IPA "Stardust," Imperial IPA "hangover!," coffee beer "Red shoes," and British Imperial Stout "Yoiyami no Kuro." The tap list balanced familiar drinkability with a chance to compare distinctive styles.

The core of the post was the collaboration brew for a May event. Working with Asakusa agave specialty shop "Katoenge Tokyo," craft beer specialty store "Narushima Shoten," and agave producer-designer Cosmicoplants, the brewery says it is developing a beer made with agave syrup in a direction that is "hoppy, light, and easy-drinking." It is a Tokyo-style project that connects plant culture and craft beer, and one worth watching.

In addition, the second half of March is packed with events. From the 20th to the 22nd, Sakazuki Brewing, Taproom, and Lab will all host 10th-anniversary events at the same time. On the 26th, there will be a taproom-only domestic craft beer project, and on the 28th and 29th, the brewery will also have a booth at the Senbon Sakura Festival in Toneri Park, Tokyo. The post made clear just how much momentum the brewery has right now, as it continues daily operations while stacking up new releases and events.
