Sakazuki Brewing to Tap White Peach Beer 2026 on Sept. 2, with Pairing Day
Sakazuki Brewing in Adachi, Tokyo, posted its tap lineup on Aug. 30 and announced a pairing day for Wednesday, Sept. 2. The brewery will tap its annual White Peach Beer 2026 alongside a food pairing built around the beer’s seasonal profile.
Sakazuki Brewing, a brewery-pub in Kitasenju, Adachi Ward, Tokyo, posted its current tap list on Aug. 30 and announced a pairing day for Wednesday, Sept. 2. The update fits the brewery’s long-running approach of serving beer together with food rather than treating it as a standalone drink.
The day’s lineup includes 11 beers, ranging from `shy girl`, a Bohemian pilsner, and `Wood Light`, a fruit beer made with ripe Nanko plums, to `Stardust`, a hazy IPA, `Heat stroke`, a fruit beer brewed with passion fruit and tequila, `Pink Boots Collab. Brew -Ao-`, a Belgian strong blonde ale, and even `Super Dry`. The range shows the brewery’s mix of crisp lagers, fruit-driven beers, and fuller-flavored specialties.
The main seasonal release is `White Peach Beer 2026`, which will go on tap on Sept. 2. Sakazuki says the beer uses white peaches from a farmer in Kagawa and changes this year’s flavor direction to a white peach and rosemary combination. The brewery describes it as starting with a cool, fresh impression before moving into a soft peach aroma. A crispy dessert pizza topped with plenty of cheese is also planned as the pairing dish, designed to highlight the peach character in the beer.
