At Beer O'clock in the Chiba Station area, the June 15 update brought two new beers onto tap. The pub is known for offering up to 12 taps of rotating craft beer, making it a straightforward stop for beer drinkers who want both a fresh pour and a meal. The lunch special was also refreshed to "scallops, arugula, and fresh tomato spaghetti," giving the room an easy all-day draw.

The two beers added this time were Minoh Beer's "Pale Ale" and Ise Kadoya Beer's "Hat Trick TDH Hazy IPA."

The Pale Ale is a classic American-style ale built around Cascade hops and a healthy amount of American hop character. The result is a beer with citrus-like aromatics and a balanced bitterness that should feel familiar in the best way.

The "Hat Trick TDH Hazy IPA" leans in the other direction. According to the post, it uses three rounds of dry hopping and one of ISEKADO's largest hop charges to date. Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Citra, and Idaho 7 Cryo are all part of the blend, setting up a dense but fruit-forward hazy IPA. If you want a beer that shows off hop intensity, this is the more attention-grabbing pour.

Beer O'clock’s location in central Chiba and its broad tap lineup make it a practical beer bar rather than a one-note destination. This update is a good example of that range: one familiar, easy-drinking ale, and one heavily hopped hazy IPA for drinkers chasing aroma and depth.
