Tap List for April 14

The beer pub "Craft Beer 2mugi" in Kanda Izumicho, Akihabara, has unveiled its draft lineup for April 14. True to its reputation as a shop where a Doemens-certified beer sommelier makes the selections, this time too the lineup spans distinctive beers from Japan and abroad.

The six taps for the day are Inkhorn's Hazy, Matsumoto x Kanpai's Mild, Songbird's Blonde, Yorocco's Pils, Mikkeller's WCIPA, and Sakura no Nikukyu's Sour. Rather than relying only on hop intensity, the set also includes a malt-forward Mild, easy-drinking Pils and Blonde, and a Sour with a pronounced acidic edge, which makes the lineup especially interesting.

The shop's basic stance is to pair craft beer with small dishes and enjoy them together. The post also mentions gizzard confit and spring cabbage, giving you the fun of choosing snacks to match the beer styles. Since the tap list changes quickly, if there's a label you want, it's probably best to come early on the day it's on tap.

Craft Beer 2mugi is a beer pub in a location that's easy to reach on foot from Akihabara Station. In a calm space, it's a place that's easy to use for people who want to really drink from their first stop. Today’s lineup of six beers, from hazy to sour, makes it easy to find a favorite.
