Vector Beer Omori is a beer pub in Omorikita, Ota Ward, Tokyo. On its store page, it says the venue offers 10 regular taps of craft beer and 5 taps of house-brewed beer, with rotisserie chicken paired to the beer as its signature dish. The chicken, finished with 20 kinds of spices, goes well both with aromatic beers like hazy IPAs and with crisp beers like pilsners and lagers.
Ways to Drink
Drinks start at 600 yen for a craft beer glass, 1,000 yen for a pint, and 1,300 yen for a three-beer tasting set. There are also all-you-can-drink course plans, making it easy to settle in and enjoy drinks slowly with food. The venue has 30 seats, including counter seating, tables, and semi-private booths, so it can accommodate solo drinkers as well as small groups.
Dishes to Enjoy Alongside
If you're pairing food with beer, besides the house-special-spice rotisserie chicken, other options include garland chrysanthemum salad, shellfish steamed in craft beer, fish and chips, and meat nachos.
