Brewery setting

CARVAAN Brewery & Restaurant sits on the edge of Hanno Gorge, about an hour from central Tokyo. The building combines Arabian motifs with Japanese Western-style architecture, and the tall atrium and layered decor create a setting that feels far from the everyday.

CARVAAN BREWERY focuses on recreating historically significant beers with ingredients imported from around the world. It also works with house-grown hops, which makes the brewery story part of the drinking experience.

July 25 tour

The July 25 "CARVAAN's all-in-one experience tour" is limited to 20 guests. It pairs a guided brewery and gin factory visit with a lunch course at the Hanno restaurant, plus free-flow beer and gin. Seeing the production site before sitting down to drink gives the event a clear, practical appeal.

What to expect in the glass

The lineup associated with CARVAAN includes Arabian Lime Ale, Spelt Weizen, CARVAAN Belgian White, CARVAAN Tripel, and Andes Cacao Stout. Seasonal beers such as Hanno Fresh Hop IPA and Classical IPA add hop freshness and malt depth, giving visitors a good sense of the brewery's range.
