Alberta Tracking Drinking Habits
Alberta Canada has a law on the table that will allow bar owners to retain personal information on bar patrons. The bill is supposed to help track gang members.

Oregon To Certify Pints
Oregon house bill 3122 aka the honest pint act passed 34 – 26 in a vote Thursday afternoon. the bill would allow businesses serving beer on tap to put a state issued sticker for pints that are actually 16 ounces.

Happy 100th To Shiner – Podcast

The Spoetzl Brewery in Shiner, Texas is celebrating its 100th year anniversary this year. To commemorate the event they released their aptly named 100 Commemorator brew and brought back the Kosmo’s Reserve Lager. Having had the opportunity to enjoy some of their beer in the past we thought we should give this pair a go.
If there is one song that represents our panel it is The Jedi Drinking Song by the Dust Rhinos. Mix a little Celtic style with Star Wars references and beer drinking and we’re good to go.
